Livestock Bedding
Dried waste paper crumb bedding that stays where it’s put on cubicle beds and is compatible with all slurry systems. Very soft and fluffy, easy to dispense, and a little goes a long way. Suitable for use on cubicle mats and mattresses, in deep bed cubicles and loose housed systems.
Consistently available all year round and is delivered on bulk loads, bags or small bags on pallets to your farm gate.
Slurry Inoculant
SlurryBugs® is the UK’s most well known slurry inoculant which improves aerobic microbial activity and nutrient retention in stored livestock slurry.
Fully certified for use in organic systems by the Soil Association and Organic Farmers and Growers. SlurryBugs contains a blend of soil-originating microorganisms which are biodegradable and non toxic to humans, plants and animals.
Teat Dip and Spray
Envirocare teat is a naturally derived broad spectrum antimicrobial teat dip and spray, which leaves the skin soft and nourished.
EnviroCare Teat is compatible with auto or manual spray systems in robots or parlours, and with teat dipping protocols. It is available ready to use in 1,000 litre IBCs or 200 litre drums and also 10 litre containers for trial purposes.
Bedding Additive
A bacterial bedding additive which outcompetes pathogenic bacteria, producing a more hygienic and controlled bedding environment.
Non-pathogenic bacteria form biofilm layers over the surface. They then outcompete pathogenic bacteria for resources, limiting their growth and reducing the risk of disease.
Silage Inoculants
OptiSile® is designed for the treatment of all types of grass, maize and wholecrop silage.
The three strains outcompete any invasive bacteria and fungi and work in unison to ensure optimum ensiling of the forage throughout the initial fermentation, prolonged storage and feed out.
The higher concentration of Lactobacillus plantarum in OptiSile Extra allows the stronger buffering capability of grass to be overcome, and ensure a rapid pH drop to promote the initial fermentation.
